A nose pick is similair to a nose blunt except once you 180 you land on the coping on your front truck onto the coping, while holding up the back truck. You should be facing backwards into the ramp. Now put your hand on the middle of the board and pull hard. You should, if you pulled hard enough, turn back into the ramp.
