This is alot easier than a FS flip. Setup for a kickflip, but twist your arms around so you can BS 180. Swing your arms around, and pop a kickflip. As you kickflip, kick it so it starts to spin in a BS 180 while it is spinning a kickflip. Follow the board, and catch it after it has finished spinning, then land on your bolts.
